Hi, I’m Kim. I have a bias for action. Strategic, systematic, and creative action that leads to concrete, measurable results.
My priority in every client engagement is to dissect complexity and build systems that keep people at the center. I thrive on helping clients scale and institutionalize continuous process improvements. My interdisciplinary training in design thinking, systems practice, agile and lean methodologies, and predictive analytics informs my holistic approach to projects.
I founded General Public to fulfill my desire to work on projects and drive solutions that were simultaneously people-driven and process-driven, not losing sight of either throughout the delivery process.
I’ve endeavored to apply my passion for people and process to the community development space as well…check out Future Somewhere, which is my answer to resisting bias and honoring self-agency in the community development process.
